Essex travelled to North London to play at the Home of Cricket match report here – Middlesex scored 126 for 5 a target that should have been a breeze, but that’s not Essex’s way.  They fell to 54 for 4 – it was down to Ashar Zaidi with an explosive innings of 59 to seal the victory
